There are 2 ways.

If your project has an odc in Noida, and your project agrees, it may be possible to get a transfer.

Else you need to find a project in Noida which is ready to on board you, get a release from your current project, and then initiate transfer.

RMG will try to throw a spanner in all your plans though.
