Which softwares/tools taste bitter but you have to use it as there is no option as mandated by org?

I would say JIRA and teams but do any alternatives are better or most of the orgs use Microsoft enterprise suite instead of Google suite?

When it comes to cloud, I find most of the projects use Azure/AWS, very few use GCP.

But does it really matter? Do you have any opinion about selecting it or architecture decided and you have to use it?
