How to conserve your time & energy, and channel them into productive tasks & learning, instead of wasting all free time & energy on consuming social media, TV, movies, chatting, friends, socializing etc.

I would also go with swimming but I also thought about driving and cooking but the next thought immediately that hit me is you can always order a uber ola or hire a driver, and you can always order food from zomato Swiggy or hire a cook
IMO So a skill that everyone should know irrespective of gender is EARNING!!
