Infosys short list or US govt lottery. The answer is all. But if you don’t have the required qualification / skillset at time they evaluate your application they might reject it. So if your are bcom/mba working for Ina non technical role they might reject if applying for computer programming based role
In short at time of lottery they don’t look at skill set they assume all are qualified . But while evaluating after lottery they will reject of they feel skillset is not specialise category. Most Indian firms are champions when it comes to make their employee look like specialised skillset. Though in reality if they go by the book most infy guys applications should be rejected !!! Under trump they will go more by the book. Folks have ind done MS in US have higher chance in lottery as they have separate quota
