Which RMG TO VISIT

I have joined TCS last week and i got a mail saying as i am on bench i need to visit adibatla office is it necessary to visit adibatla or i can go and meet RMG in any other office as well. I don’t have ID card yet so the security people is not allowing to go inside office.
