Which region clients would you prefer to work for?

This would include how much workload the clients give to offshore, shift hours, work life balance as per India hours, growth prospect to move on-site as well. For ex: I heard Europe based clients are laid back, while US clients are more particular for deadlines and tons of workload. Would like to know your preference.
