Which project should I look for to get good learning and work life balance as well.

I have currently asked for a release from my current project which is a low code no code project and I am In this project since two year due to which I lost my proper hands on experience in Java. To make my self back on the track I asked for release and i will be getting release by April. I am aware that I will be having a very hard time in any new Java spring based project in the initial time for 6 months to May b 1 year as my whole Java experience is gone due to my current project. Please help how can I look for a good Java spring based project where I can have good learning as well as good work life balance after initial months of struggle that I am assuming due to my low experience. Also if possible please guide me how shall I prepare for project interviews so that I can get some good project. Thanks in advance 😊 I think my ask sounds like too good to be true but still any help would be appreciated.
