Which position should I choose

Hi all,

I have recently resigned from Deloitte as Tax consultant 1 and I have 2 offers in hand. I have 4 years of experience in US Tax with 3 years of experience in 1040 and 1 year in W8 W9.

1. Team Lead- Tax operations with Global FPO -10lpa in 1040
2. Senior Associate - QX global- 10lpa in 1040.

My question is which option should I choose and will be able to provide me better career opportunities and what all factors should I take inconsiderations

I am looking more towards learning and more exposure in terms of clients.
