Which Organization should I join Capgemini or publicis Sapient for Automation Testing

Hi Guys, I have offers from both organization I'm confused which organisation is better to join in terms of Work culture, projects and job security as this is my first switch. Publics Sapient paying slightly better than Capgemini. Your suggestion will be very important for me.
