Infy paying 2L less, but its a govt job brother. You will have quality life, time for your wife/girl, festivals with parents. So choose infy (yes bad projects would change the scenario a lil bit)

Lol. Everyone recommending infy and IBM like there are no toxic managers or projects there.

Bruh, the WLB totally depends on the team and the project, not the company as a whole. Both Infy and EY have good and bad people & projects.

You are very young with not much responsibilities on your shoulder now. This is the time you can take risks and try out new stuff. My advice would be to go for EY as the poll says, work for a few years and then move to another company. By then you will have a better salary, experience and skills compared to what you get from companies like Infosys.

Damn bro, what's your current CTC?

Choose EY If you can handle pressure, if you're a girl choose IBM, if you want to chill choose Infosys

Don't go for Infosys now.
Infy will be the right one once you have 10+ years of experience

Bro, with this years of exp go to EY, it’s known for its bad reputation but you’ll get to learn like hell, you’ll gain exp of 3 yrs in 1, obviously requires your inputs and curiosity to the projects u get. Spend an year or so there to polish yourself before getting to a flexi work env

If you’re in tech, don’t join a service company
