Which option is better??
Currently my work is fine(approx 9 hrs). I get to manage a team of 9-10 people and no weekend work, easy to travel home, city is also not overpriced like pune banglore ahemdabad.. my total years of experience is 6+years.. what to do?? I believe whatever I choose will disrupt this equilibrium.
Onsite for 1-2 years in japan
Switching company to earn and work extra

Japan's work life balance is the worst in the world. Please do some research on this before planning. As for switching, it depends on your goals and needs. If you are looking for good pay then you need to leave TCS. If you are ok with your salary and want the stress free life you currently have then stay.
