Which one you will pick and why ?

Hey all, I got two offers both 35L one from Saudi (Product based) Company with 44ADA tax on 17.5L only and other one from Bangalore based Product Studio ( they build MVPs for clients ) they will deduct 30% TDS. Which one should I join ? How’s Saudi Arabia economy ?

Client based companies suck. Deadlines and requirements are frustrating. Product based companies are better and in your case the pay is also better.

Whatever u found with Saudi is hard to get so if you’re up for some risk, take it. Unless project is linked to government. How did u get this opportunity ?

Go for Saudi one, amazing package and amazing tax benefit. You can always come back after 2-3 yrs. Besides, Product based companies should always be preferred (assuming similar seniority and package).

I would pick india as with some switches you can get more package here only.

Not sure if saudi is a good place to stay.

OP forgot to mention it's WFH, What he means with 44ADA is he can show the salary as consultancy fee in India and therefore only half the salary will be considered for taxation.
