Which one would you prefer?

I’m throwing a situation to you. Imagine you are a full stack developer & you’ve only one of the two options to choose. It’s a luxury to work with great team which some can’t afford. Think you are one of them. What would you choose?

I would definitely prefer working with a mediocre team. I know I can work alone. However impacting a team and helping them level up is one of the best signs of growth especially in senior positions. Despite being in an IC role and not people management role.
