Trending @Accenture; Which one will be better?

Recently, I got an offer with IBM CIC for Java Full stack developer and Wipro for same Java Full stack developer

Compensation is almost the same in both companies.

I'm confused about which one to choose ? (Thoughts based on the future career growth).
