Which one to join?

Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant - 9.8 YOE  Deloitte USI Deloitte vs IBM - Which one to choose, if pay is almost same or with no much difference? Deloitte is going to assign to a support project, IBM may put in either Implementation/Support.
