Which one to go for?

Microsoft is trying to low ball me in terms of level just based upon the number of years of experience whereas my interviews went way well. Also, the base pay if less than what I had but overall TC: ~65L including joining bonus

I have heard bad things about zepto culture, and hence asking here. Zepto TC: haven’t got it yet, just got the confirmation that I have cleared the interviews
