I'm working as an ETL Tester in Accenture with 8 LPA fixed and 1.68 LPA variable in my Home town Kolkata and the CL lvl is 11 I got an offer from Capgemini with 12.5 LPA fixed and grade is B2 but in Hyderabad. Should I accept it? How is the ETL Testing projects in CG?
