Which one to choose Eurofins or Broadridge?

I have two offer currently in Bangalore location

Broadridge - 20 Lpa Eurofins - 22 LPA

I am not much aware of these two companies and the reviews for the company is not upto mark. I am really very confused. Please put some insight on this and help me out.
