Which one to choose among below mentioned?

All options are for same location (Pune).

My preference is at least average wlb and good job security and if i can expect average growth also.

YOE - 5.5 years Relevant experience - 3.3 years CCTC - 8 lpa

Any input is highly appreciated.

IBM - 18.5 fixed + relocation amount
Deloitte USI - 18 fixed+1 JB+Reloaction
LTIMindtree - 20 fixed + relocation

Is it IBM labs? If yes it can be a good bet. But honestly I feel going for the highest bidder is often better

Look at the long run, LTI mindtree might not do well and your next steps would be difficult
