Hi All, Hope you are doing good. Recently I have cleared interview in 2 companies JP Morgan chase and thoughtworks. Which one to choose, based on yearly salary hike, yearly bonus, WLB

Experience: 5.8 YOE Tech stack : Java, spring boot Location : Bangalore

Jp morgan offer : 23LPA (fixed) role : sde 2 Thoughtworks offer : 20.7 LPA (including additional benefits) role : developer consultant

I am more interested in knowing about the yearly hike percent and yearly performance bonuses. TIA.
