Which one to choose?
Currently having an offer from Deloitte India in Manager role and another one from Rolling Arrays as Lead Consultant. Rolling Arrays offer is 3L higher in fixed.
Any suggestions which one to choose?

Always go for higher package. You can always come back to Deloitte with higher package after 1 year. Deloitte is not a pay master and does not respond well to negotiations.
