I am a 2023 cse grad ,i have 2 offers ,which one should I join

  1. tredence analytics, associate data scientist CTC:12l Base :7.44,var:56k, joining bonus given after 1year :2l, performance bonus:2l given after 1.5years 2)Tejas networks:R&D sde CTC:10l Base:9.7l ,var:30k I am open to both development and data roles, whichever offers more growth and opportunities in future as both the the packages are similar with minute difference

There is a mixed review in Glassdoor but apparently,growth and learning totally depends upon the project assigned to in tredence If i am lucky i might get some very niche project to work upon with exponential learning curve As far as wlb is concerned it's decent for freshers but poor for senior roles Is it very easy to shift to backend roles after getting into data roles?

Hi All,

Iam holding offers from Brillio Technologies and Tredence Inc, both for Pune location as a Senior Data Scientist. Compensation offered is same for both. Coming from Accenture iam hearing these names for the first time. Which one...
