Which one Should I choose
Domain: SAP YOE: 3.5 in IT
Initially I got an offer from Accenture (8.6 fixed & 21% VP) and I accepted that offer & resigned. I have attended a few more interviews and received another offer from Alcon (Product base) where they are offering me 11.7 fixed + 10% VP.
I shared this counter offer with the Accenture HR. She mentioned that the budget is available, but it is subject to approvals. After multiple follow-ups, she informed me that the project approval is completed and they are now waiting for HR lead approval for the revised offer.
Now I'm a bit confused about which company would be the better option to join if Accenture releases the revised offer.
Check if the product based company is decent or not and then decide which company to go... Product based company always better then Accenture
As per my research, Alcon is a good company in terms of salary and perks. I somehow managed to get a contact number of one of the team members that I am joining, he mentioned that the work pressure will be too much. So I am not sure what to do
