Which one should I choose?

I have two offers. EY GDS - 8.5 fixed + 45k variable and Lexmark(xerox) - 11 fixed(No variable).

I am thinking about joining Lexmark. Will that be a good decision? Or should I ask EY to match that offer and join there?
