Cashless definetly, I say. It is hassle free. But if you are stuck between 2 hospitals, one has cashless facility and other didn't and you medically prefer the other one - you can go for reimbursement too. TCS Medibuddy helpline always available and if hospital provides all the requested documents you can reimburse all the amount. I did used both the facilities, reimbursement can be little headache if the hospital doesnt help you with the requested documents, especially in rural areas and it is not a corporate setup.
cashless is always better
Cashless
Cashless, if available! In major cities, you will see the difference in hospital tarrifs as well. Cashless are more cheaper/with offer according to TPA.
