Which one is better for the same role?
Worked at the parent company of Wynk. It’s a safe bet but awful awful work culture. However, better than Meta.

But technically you’re not working at Meta right? It’s a contractual position and not a direct employment. On your CV you can’t write directly employed by Meta. Though you may be associated, it’s not direct employment, right?
Mera would put a good weight on your resume forever. I have heard from friends that for certain companies, they skip the first round of coding interviews if the candidate is an ex-Amazon. People are people. We get biased by the candidate's past achievements. Meta can help you get that.
Go for meta, good ctc as well. The ctc and brand name will be good to land at other companies even if it takes some time
Isn’t Meta axing people left right n centre right now? Id be cautious.
I think that happened in nov and that too not in India. I heard recently some offers were revoked outside India .
I have seen people working in Airtel working simultaneously in other companies and projects of their own (supposing this is Wynk By Airtel).
