Which one is better for next 3-4 years, Accenture vs HCL Tech vs Cognizant…!!

Need some help to know which 1 should I pick as having 3.5 years of experience in AI/ML generative AI.

Accenture : 13.5 fix +21% variable ( 16.3 lpa)

HCL Tech: 13.3 fix + variable ( 14.6 lpa )

Cognizant : 14.5 fix + variable ( 15 lpa)
