Which one is better ? Amazon or Uber

Hi Grapevine community, I have offers from Amazon and Uber. Given the below scenario, can you help me in choosing one of them?

Criteria: Role Amazon: SDE-2 Uber: SDE-2

Criteria: Compensation (including all components) Amazon: ~65L per annum Uber: ~65L per annum

Criteria: Team tech stack Amazon: Java and others Uber: Java and others

Criteria: Team culture Amazon: Have talked with team members; it looks good unlike Amazon's toxic work culture. As per one of the team members, they usually work for ~7-8 hours per day. Uber: Same case here (~7-8 hours per day).

Criteria: Company culture Amazon: As you know Uber: As you know

Criteria: Stock growth Amazon: I expect good growth, if not, at least stable value. Uber: Worried here, as it is highly volatile.

Criteria: Location Amazon: Bangalore Uber: Bangalore
