Which one is better???

Which one is better to join, when on bench - Internal or Client projects?? Also how much hike is given on average basis to people in each of the project? Honest suggestions would be really helpful.... Thank you.

Internal project = career suicide if one is not a bootlciker and has talent and self respect. always avoid. i posted about this a few days ago as well.

Hike doesn't depend on which project you join.. depends on your rapport and visibility with your project leadership and client deliverables..

Always Join client project. Also look for high performing iou/business so that you can get 100%VA as in internal projects you won't be getting 100% VA(ofcourse you have to be +85% WFO compliant)
