Bangalore and Pune have language drama. Gurgaon has bad air quality. Bangalore has bad roads, worst traffic but good weather. Cost of living would be the highest in Bangalore I believe.

So select on the basis of current location, hybrid policy, type of project you are getting.

Bro, Pune doesn't have language drama. Pune welcomes people of all ethnicities. We adjust to people from all states and speak English if someone is not willing to speak in Hindi as the national language.

Please come to Pune and perceive it for yourself before making these preconceived notions.

Thanks!

Bro/sis, here's the thing rent is a huge factor in deciding. So if I was in your situation, i would first see if I have a relative/friend staying in Bangalore and if I can stay with them. Because the rents on average is Rs 40k near marathally, kadubeeaanahhai etc. where IT hub is. Moreover I would also negotiate with all the three HRs separately about working remotely or working hybrid from your current place of stay.
Anyway, i don't see I have any details of where do u live (city), Years of experience, role, etc. like lifestyle. Without any details, an offer letter can't be judged accurately with just LPA.
FYI - A package of 44 LPA from Cred vs a package of 32 LPA from Microsoft. Most people would go for Cred, but they have divided the salary structure in a way they the CTC benefits heavily to company and not to employee. This is a famous post on LinkedIn.

Currently I am in Lucknow having 5+ years of experience as data engineer, now where should I go😅

Good, now this adds some info. Data engineering is a booming field. Well anything with data is booming be it data analyst/data scientist/data engineer. So you will have plenty more opportunities in future. I will definitely suggest Gurgaon as that's the nearest option for u. The reason I'm suggesting that is because of travelling, plus I'm not sure the situation with your parents. For example, I'm a single child plus I need to take care of my parents so i prefer to stay in same city. For you, gurgaon to Lucknow is pretty nearby if u consider alternates. Let's say u take bangalore offer. Not sure if u have wife or not. But I'm considering u have, u need to move with family wife + kids so 2 bhk is must, rent being 40k nearby iT hub. Let's say u r unmarried rent will be 30k. Plus cost of living u already know. Bangalore traffic indont need to tell u. Plus u know bangalore, people discriminating against kannada language speakers.

Anyway, final conclusion, I'm a guy who prefers comfort and home for reasons mentioned above. If u r a guy who prefers challenges and neew things go for the Bangalore one. Else go for Gurgaon.

Pune is no way preferable

It depends on what is your situation. I am from Himachal and I am the only child of my parents. Which means I have to travel back home very frequently because I am taking care of the family business (horticulture) and all the property we have. So I work in Mohali. But if I have to switch, I'd go to Gurugram max. Because it's still easy for me to travel from Gurugram instead of from Pune or Bangalore. The on-spot flight expenses or the number of leaves will flat out the hike I'd get.

If you are less exp and can work more go for pwc . You will get better hike but you can try changing after two year again that time you will have better offer . Second things big 4 mostly has 2 month notice period so you can change easily.saving money in Bangalore is depends on your life style . I am paying 9.5k. I am staying 10km away from my company and going with my bike to ofc . Most of the company are hybird . If you are unlucky then only your project will need you 5 days . Ibm is good company but very less and daly hike and also nearly 5lakh less .now days job security in imb also not that great . Pwc also like ibm in job security. I am not sure with carrier . Now you can decided

Carrier choose kar le bhaiii zada soch mt jo extra paisa tuje blr me mil rha vo sab expenditure me hi chla jaega. Plus tere ghar se dur bhi h. Why to bring unnecessary hassle of different kinds. Choose peace ever hassle specially when you have that option
