Which one I need to select Staples india (Product based) or PWC india, both offering almost same CTC (12 LPA)

Hi everyone, I’m currently at a decision point in my career and would appreciate some guidance from this community. I have around 3.4 years of experience in Performance Testing, having started my career at Accenture. I’ve received two offers: • Staples (product-based company) – 12 LPA fixed (no variable) • PwC India – 11 LPA fixed + 2.5 LPA variable While compensation is comparable, I’m more interested in understanding differences in: – Work culture – Learning opportunities – Growth trajectory – Work-life balance – Long-term career impact (product vs consulting) I’m someone who is open to challenges and responsibility, especially at this stage of my career. I would really value insights from anyone who has worked in either organization or in similar roles. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
