The fixed component in Sapiens is more...and the variable is comparatively less. Having done my Btech from Chennai and living in BLR for over a year, I can certainly say, you will find good places in BLR within the same price range that you'd pay in Chennai. As far as work culture and everything is concerned, I truly don't know how they are...
