Deloitte USI- 11.5 lpa + 10 % variable pay IBM - 12.63 lpa + 10 % variable pay

How did u managed 90 days notice period?

First try to get a company which accept 90 days, then once u serve notice ,u will get more calls

IBM won't offer variable pay. And also pay extra yearly bonus which is not mentioned in offer
