Which offer to choose??

Hi Folks,

I have 2 offers in India, Bangalore from Microsoft (L62) and Booking Holding(Sde-2) with following details

Microsoft: Base-39L Performance Bonus-Upto 20% Joining Bonus-8L Rsus - 90k USD over 4 years

Booking Holding Base-55L Provident Fund - 3.3L Performance Bonus - 15% Rsus - 20k over 3 years (But vesting is in 2nd year but granted in 1st year)

Please add comments for your thoughts on the poll choice need to make a sensible decision this time around in my career.

Current TC: 0LPA YOE : 6.5 YRS
