Which offer should I go with?

25M, CSM role

I have offers from 2 companies. Both are companies I admire and have managed them as a CSM in my current company and have excellent relationships. I’ve interviewed for both and the pay is what I expected however which one should I go with? Company A- 100% remote Company B- I admire this a bit more. When I asked for making an exception to let me do remote the founder said if I can move to Chennai for 6 months to get in sync with product/team and then go remote we can move forward.

I have notions about moving to Chennai. If it was remote I would blindly select B.

Confused right now which one to go with. I have some borrowed and some experienced notions about Chennai + I moved to BLR just in April 2024
