Which offer should I accept?

I have two options:

• Coforge 16LPA CTC (approx 15.25 lpa fixed)
• UST Global 17.25LPA CTC (almost 16.70 lpa fixed)

Since both are almost similar pay bands I am confused as to which would be a better choice in terms of stability, work life balance, working model, appraisals, job security, etc. If someone could guide me right now I would really appreciate it.
