If you're joining at 3+ in Infy, that means most probably you'll be joining at JL4 which is haivng 10% variable. Pls get it checked . Validate other offers too.

How you getting so many offers, I work in teamcenter support project now and I am unable to get a interview also trying to switch 4+ yoe also have knowledge in SAP concur
