VC funded for purely personal goals and hike in salary, good enough for 2-3 years, AI startups will get more funding hence likely to continue.

Contrary to all the other answers, imo go to the startup. 10+ year old company has likely figured out and solved a lot of difficult problems.

Your startup may die in some years, but you'd have built and learnt a lot more.
