Which offer better to join.13.5 lacs with physically sitting at Data Centre in India.14.5 lacs remotely supporting data centre of overseas?

Please be informed knowledge is my motive and it is for data centre ACI role.Moreover I have a query do they delay the joining by a month if requested because now my present company has assigned me the tasks during the notice period and denied the early release option.

If money is my motive i will go with remote support . If knowledge and experience matters to me i will go with physically sitting at Data center to explore more on the other areas and additional roles of DC.
