Scenario 1 :If its a Babu's post then i would prefer that and along with it try to build an online coaching academy focusing on UPSC ( trust me there’s a sucker born every minute), the demand and market size in India for this exam is huge!
Scenario 2: Grade A post in RBI ( work in RBI for a couple of years then shift to Private Equity firm/ VC) ( really don’t see any other Grade A Job where i can spend the rest of my life In a meaningful way)
Scenario 3 : The private Job with the “high package” is being offered in an overseas location, then i would go for this, work there for a couple of years and invest heavily on the side, Ultimately building experience to eventually join a moon-shot startup at the end with decent equity
