Hybrid offers the advantages of both personal contact with colleagues and customers, transfer of learning and enthusiasm, as also an opportunity to have necessary time with family, when not needed to be physically present in office.

Hybrid is the worst you have move to an overpriced city just to go 2 days to office

I preferred WFH for a long time as well. But it's hard to keep yourself moving when you have nothing to do other than work. You'll just sit before the laptop even after work hours thinking you're upskilling. IMO, the best case scenario is where you wake up and make the decision whether you are going to office today or not. I think having that flexibility is the best

It depends on the need of the hour. But generally its work from home some sort of that everyone will prefer whether it is hybrid or complete remote.

Old school methodology takes the freedom of employees treating them as a resource with no work-life balance. No sporty culture, nothing new to learn and explore. Everyone just talks about 12 days and about those BTO compliance mails. No creativity, nothing.

WFH in India, Hybrid in other developed countries (especially European countries). Whoever chose WFO for India has lost their mind. Have you seen the roads outside?
