People choosing WFH, are you all introverts ? As humans, we need to socialize at some level irrespective of whether we are introverts or not. You just can't live all by yourself with your family and friends circle.

Right ? Right ? Prove me wrong.

Even in the office HR has to do Fun Friday/Outing/parties to socialize people. Nobody is stopping you from asking a colleague for a drink or dinner, even now I met my new colleague on friday night. How will going to the office improve social circles?

You don't have friends outside? Even if you don't, you can hang out with work friends too after work. You don't need to come to office 5 days a week just because you have no life.

If I'm working in India, I'd prefer WFH any day. Don't wanna spend my time in the traffic & pollution.

This hybrid model is a sham, only favoring people who actually are natives to the city.

Compared to 5 day office its better, but if you are promoting it as a better alternative to WFH, then big no

Those who prefering WFO they are depressed with their family so basically they don't want to be at home even on weekend.

My smokers and Zuban kesri friend are happy with WFO, they can happily smoke/chew whole day in the office, no restriction from family.

Only people who love work from office are

  1. Fed up with their family life.
  2. Having affairs in office
  3. Freshers in new city who want to make friends(news flash - office people are never friends)

  • Married people, and those with kids. I’m doing WFH, but with kid sometimes it gets hectic, but I’ll choose WFH anyday.

WFH - eat quality home made food, no ridiculous office gossip, free time you can spend with your family.

The 38% hybrid people are okay, I guess. But it's the 10% WFO people that scare me!

I would love to do WFH any day. But if the companies are requiring us to be in the office there should be an annual quota not monthly or weekly. For example you should be in the office for 40 days annually in that way we who are working in a different state can give time to our ageing parents and family. I can go and complete the quota however I want. And then the remaining days WFH.

Monthly and weekly quotas are sham because you have to stay in the metro city irrespective of the things. And suppose you stay in PG there is no point of working from home as it becomes hectic due to various factors.
