Which MNC have good work culture in product roles?

Hi guys,

I am currently working in a startup where the work is good but most of the times we do firefighting and process building. It becomes very hectic at days where I have to put in 10-12 hrs of focused work.

I am looking for established organisations like microsoft, google, adobe, ibm etc where processes are laid down and you have to follow a structure. But as per my limited knowledge these companies look for good 4-5 yrs of experience in product role. Can you pls suggest how to go abt it?

Background: BTech- Tier 1 Current compensation: 23LPA(22 fixed) Work exp: 2 yrs Designation: APM

Would be great if you could guide me as to which companies i can target and what should be my preparation strategy
