Depends on the budget. If they want to restrict the laptop usage just for learning purposes then better go for Chromebook or entry level Windows laptop with celeron or pdc processors. But try for at least a Core i3. But if having big budget then nothing can beat MacBook Air M2 within 1 lacs.
