Coinbase & Amazon are similar in terms of their work culture, learning opportunities and work life balance.
If I was in your shoes, I'd probably go with Amazon because it's a better brand name. It is also more stable compared to Coinbase. Crypto is a very volatile industry.
Coinbase for couple of reasons
- the tech stack and the quality of work will help you grow.
- Even though crypto is volatile, If you perform well you are safe there. (have some friends there for past 2-3 years)
- Pay seems the best, hike are above market trend.
If you are willing to take on “the performance” challenge.. then coinbase is no brainer.

Most of the institutions are using coinbase after btc etfs and sec is keen on demolishing binance their main competitor bcz of their chinese roots.so,future looks good cb and their stocks will rise sharp from here
Financial point of view Amazon considering share price n all. Steadily growing business. But forget about the WLB.
