Has anyone found cutshort useful? I personally found it very tedious. You have to answer really detailed screening questions as soon as you apply, even before your CV is shortlisted. Didn't really feel worth the effort.

Naukri works best when you are on notice period. Else LinkedIn is best.
Add an option for the combination from the above option as well. Instahyre is a good option. LinkedIn jobs and referrals are the best way.
