As a fresher, don't join Accenture or Cognizant. They assign most shitty and old Tech stacks to freshers so they can't switch easily...

Let me put it this way, any of these companies are good if you get assigned to a really good project.
The fact is the chances of being assigned to such projects is near to null, and if per chance you do get into a really good project, then there is a heavy emphasis on internal politics. There will be people waiting for you to fail or screw you over unless you are also an equally competitive douche.
