Which is your first go to place to check salary/company information?

Maybe it's just me, but I am starting to feel people either overstate their salary in GV or GV is populated with mostly high earners.
I follow GV for company feedback and new trends. Not for salary and those "am so poor my portfolio fell by 1cr" or "which country should I retire to" posts ..
