Which is the better route to move to US now?

I am a 2022 CS graduate, and worked for 2 years and continuing.. I want to move to US. My friends took the masters/F1 route and current working on OPT. I wanna know which route is better. To get a manager role and switch on L1? Or Try working on some research papers and take O1 route? Or Go for masters in US? Or pursue masters in India? I’m very confused and not sure about the process. The main thing is H1 lottery system. Taking Masters route will be risky as If the H1 is not picked, then it would be hard for me as I’m not from a very well to do family. But moving to US is very imp for me, atleast to change our family’s status being the first generation with graduate degree and elder child. Please give me some valuable insights, or suggestions.
