Angel is good if you really want to work for early stage startups.

Instahyre is kind of mix, sometimes it really works esp for roles like PM.

Linkedin i’ve given up, on any role potentially 1k-2k folks apply if company is decently famous. You can’t compete with that kind of noise.

Referrals really work for companies who care for quality.

Cold mail- if you really feel like a good fit for the role and somehow if you know the hiring manager (through friend’s friend) write a mail

Angel (well found) has had the best application to response ratio for me personally

LinkedIn somehow recommends me the most unrelated jobs
